Preparation For The Homeowner

Provide Basic Information: Share basic details about your project, such as the type of build (new construction, renovation, etc.), the scope, and any timelines you have in mind.


First Meeting – Let’s Meet!

Discussion: Discuss your project in detail, including your vision, requirements, budget, and timeline.

Portfolio Review: If you would like to see examples of our previous work to assess our style and quality, please ask.

Questions: Prepare and ask questions that you would like to ask about our experience, process, timeline, and any concerns you have.

Site Visit

Inspection: Arrange for us to visit the site to understand the project's feasibility and potential challenges.

Assessment: We will assess the site and provide initial feedback or suggestions.


Proposal and Quotation

Detailed Proposal: We will prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, timeline, and cost estimates.


Review: Carefully review the proposal and ensure it aligns with your expectations and budget.


Negotiation: Discuss any changes or adjustments needed in the proposal.

Contract Agreement

Contract Draft: Once the proposal is satisfactory, we will draft a contract. This should include all agreed-upon details, payment schedules, and terms and conditions.


Signing: Sign the contract once both parties agree.


Project Planning

Project Timeline: Work with us to develop a detailed project timeline.

Permits and Approvals: Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before starting the project.

Construction Phase

Regular Updates: Maintain regular communication with the builder to stay updated on the progress.

Site Visits: Schedule periodic site visits to monitor the work and address any issues that arise.


Completion and Handover

Final Inspection: Conduct a final inspection with us to ensure everything is completed to your satisfaction.

Handover: Once all work is completed addressed, we will officially hand over the project to you.


Warranty and Support: Understand the warranty period and any post-completion support offered by the builder.

Feedback: Provide feedback to the builder and leave reviews to help future clients.
