Founder
Mark Holland is a man who believes in doing everything with heart, hands, and purpose. Since 1993, he has led Holland Design & Construction with a dedication to craftsmanship, integrity, and hard work. But beyond the job site, Mark is a devoted husband, proud grandfather, and outdoorsman at heart.
Mark finds his greatest joy in time spent with family—especially his grandkids who keep him laughing and young at heart. When he’s not on a job site, you’ll likely find him on Lake Lanier, cruising in his boat with the sun on his face. Whether it’s casting a line, soaking in the peace of nature, or enjoying a quiet sunset with his wife, Jenny, Mark lives every moment with gratitude and joy.

That same passion pours into every remodeling and construction project he takes on. Mark approaches each home as if it were his own—giving it the attention, detail, and care it deserves. He’s known not just for his craftsmanship, but for the pride he takes in doing things the right way, every time.

Operations Manager
Hunter Holland is a builder at heart—with a passion for creating spaces where families can thrive. As the next generation of Holland Design & Construction, Hunter brings fresh perspective, heartfelt dedication, and an eye for detail to every project.

What drives him isn’t just craftsmanship—it’s connection. Whether he’s walking a job site or sitting down with a client to understand their vision, Hunter leads with empathy and clarity. He knows that a home isn’t just wood and drywall—it’s where life happens.

Outside of work, Hunter is deeply rooted in family. He and his wife, Alexis, are raising their two children, Brooklyn and Theron, with love, adventure, and faith. They spend their weekends exploring the outdoors, playing in the yard, or finding peace in nature together.
Hunter also finds strength and clarity through quiet mornings with a book or journal—always growing, always seeking to become the best version of himself.
